Shipping policy

All parcels are shipped via China Post E-Packet. All stated transit durations are estimated working days and exclude customs clearance delays, local public holidays and seasonal logistics surges.
Southeast Asia, Japan & South Korea: 4–6 working days
Covered countries: Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea
United States, Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 working days
European Countries: 8–15 working days
Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Israel): 10–16 working days
Mexico, Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Egypt, Belarus: 13–18 working days

Important Notes
1. Transit time only applies after goods depart our warehouse. Order processing takes 1–3 working days and is not included in the above delivery timeframe.
2. Customs inspections in destination nations may prolong delivery without advance notice, which is outside our control.
3. We accept no liability for delivery delays, parcel loss or damage arising from local postal operators, customs holds, wars, pandemics, natural disasters or other force majeure events.
