We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to submit a return request.
To qualify for a return, your item must remain in the original condition: unused, free of scratches or stains, complete with all original packaging and tags. You will also need your order confirmation or purchase receipt.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you return label together with detailed shipping instructions. All return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer. Any items returned without prior approval will be rejected.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package right after delivery. Contact us immediately if you receive defective, damaged, or wrong items, and we will resolve the issue accordingly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:
  1. Custom personalized phone cases with custom prints, engraved text or exclusive patterns
  2. Phone cases damaged by improper installation, daily wear, scratches or stains caused by the customer
  3. Clearance items marked as "Final Sale"

Exchanges

The most efficient way to get your desired product is to submit a return for your current item. After your return is processed and approved, you may place a new separate order for the replacement you want.

European Union 14 Day Cooling-off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you are legally entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. Goods must be unused, undamaged and kept in complete original packaging. Your order confirmation will be required for return processing.

Refunds

We will email you once we receive and inspect your returned package to inform you of the refund decision.

If your refund is approved, funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note banks and card issuers often require extra processing time to reflect the balance in your account.
